The ear pads have a "cracking" sound when they're moved. The cord is sufficiently long and I can certainly walk till kitchen with my headphones on and the laptop on the dining room table. Looking for good bass? The quality of sound is excellent while playing mp3 music on my laptop even though these aren't noise-cancelling, they keep out external sounds very well.

I've read the product description and reviews; searched around for competition products. Quite inexpensive and I'd probably be happy paying even $30-40 of these, but $20 is also fine with me. I suggest this headset for simple listening! So sound isolation isn't a problem in my experience (this headphone does not have any sound isolation feature). These headphones are pretty decent for that price.
But, wearing headbands for my hair bother me as does a ponytail for too much time. Go purchase the sennheisers! I ordered these wireless mp3 head phones because several reviewers said that these were really comfortable.

The different options are $200 for better headphones. I use them with my laptop plus they block out a large amount of noise going on around you. For the money they do the job. Dollar for dollar you will not get a better headphone.
